A FEW BIG NEWS

In the beginning of this new year a few news appear, sometimes sad sometimes better :

1) Sad news, the 1st of january, Marie-Claude Hérouard, passed over and left our world, our cycling world too ! She was our member 1976 and with her husband, Jean-Pierre Legat (1975), she was a wellknow cycletourist of High Normandy in France (Le Havre). 64 years old, she died brutally due to a very quick illness. Our respect is of course for Jean-Pierre and all the cycletourists like Patrice Legal who knew her very well.

2) We reached the number 4.000 a few days ago. Of course, this round number stays just a symbol, nothing really showing our activity. But all along the year, we see that half the members stay active if we're looking to the results on the last two years. 2.000 active members inside 4.000 subscribed members, it's a good score, we think !

3) The V.I.P 3500 and 4000 are still missing. We were searching a swiss V.I.P for the 3500 and a czech V.I.P for the 4000, according to the countries'classement. We're always waiting for the answers of Jean-Marie Grézet and Pavel Padrnos. If we haven't them at the end of january, we'll fetch somebody else, perhaps in other countries.

4) The 2012 review will arrive in march 2012, but the 2011 review, received last year at your home if you contributed for it, wasn't yet online. It's now done. You can read the review of last year HERE .
